This luxury Villa is perfectly located for the beach, golf courses, shopping and is within walking distance to the world-famous Puerto de Alcudia Marina. The Villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, and one single furnished with a berth plus an extra bed (max capacity is 7, in a combination of max 6 adults plus kids and 2 babies), a well equipped lounge dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility room.
Master bedroom, with en-suite family bathroom and a guest bathroom, plus an extra toilet downstairs. In addition, there is a private terrace overlooking the gardens with lemon and orange trees as well a barbecue and pool with sunbathing area, with patio doors leading onto this from kitchen and living room, two kids park are near by the Villa just minutes away walking.
The Villa is completely acclimatized in all three bedrooms and the living room also, with a brand new efficient air-conditioned system, flat sat television ENG/GER in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking kitchen, pirolitic oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, and a high-capacity fridge.
This Villa is located on the second sea-line of Alcudia beach and also overlooks the very nice San Martí Mountain. A few supermarkets are close by car (5 min), a bike Center and petrol station, one parking place in the Villa. The Villa can sleep up to seven persons (4 adults and 3 children max).
